The park brings paved pump-track riding and bike skills together in a community setting. Come to build confidence, find your rhythm, or cheer on someone taking their first laps.
The paved pump track was built in 2022. A shade structure followed in 2024—another way community support has helped make the park a better place to spend time.

The Wheelers built the original public pump track on Lake County land in 2007. Community support brought a new skate park in 2014, followed by the paved pump track in fall 2022. Bikes, skateboards, scooters, rollerblades, and roller skates all have a place in the fun.
The 2022 pump track
Thank you to Velosolutions, Progressive Bike Ramps, Lake County, Great Outdoors Colorado, Flowride Concepts, IMBA Dig In, Pedal for the Park riders and donors, and the many volunteers who helped bring the paved pump track to life.
Pedal for the Park participants and individual donors helped raise more than $100,000 for the park. In 2022, Lake County received a $154,000 GOCO grant to help complete the project.
The 2024 shade structure
The park’s shade structure was designed by Shape Architects and built by Downstream Construction in summer 2024. Their work gave the community another reason to stay for one more lap.
